Seeking Artwork and also Volunteer Coordinator for Town Report

The Town of Alna is seeking community participation in two important ways:

Call for Artwork:

We are looking for original artwork to feature on the cover of the upcoming Town Report. Local artists are invited to submit work (photographs/ paintings/collage/ mixed media) that represents the Town of Alna, including its landscapes, landmarks, or historical events. If you are a local artist and would like your work considered, please send an image submission for review.

Volunteer Coordinator Needed – Town Report Delivery

We are also seeking a volunteer to help coordinate the annual Town Report delivery, which takes place the weekend before the Annual Town Meeting. Deliveries are typically completed by a group of approximately eight volunteers over Saturday or Sunday, March 14 or 15.

The coordinator’s role includes:

• Organizing delivery routes with maps/lists of roads for each volunteer

• Communicating with volunteer delivery participants

• Coordinating a meeting time at the Town Office to distribute reports
