Town Report Volunteers Needed
The Town is seeking volunteers to assist with distribution of the annual Town Report, as well as a Volunteer Coordinator to help organize and oversee the delivery process.
Town Report delivery takes place the weekend before the Annual Town Meeting and is typically completed by a team of approximately eight volunteers, this year the delivery process will happen on Saturday, March 14 (or, if necessary, Sunday, March 15).
Volunteer Coordinator Responsibilities:
Organize delivery routes and prepare maps/lists of roads for each volunteer (the Town Clerk can assist with copying materials)
Communicate with delivery volunteers
Coordinate a meeting time at the Town Office for report distribution
