Support the Alna Firewood Bank – Donations, Equipment, and Volunteers Needed
Dear Alna Residents,
As the cooler months approach, the Alna Select Board would like to remind everyone about the Town of Alna Firewood Bank and how you can support your neighbors in need of heating assistance this season.
We are currently accepting donations and community support in the following areas:
Firewood Donations: Clean, dry firewood.
Equipment Use: Loans or use of equipment such as wood splitters, a trailer or truck to help process and transport firewood.
Volunteer Support: Volunteers who own this type of equipment or volunteers to help operate equipment and stack firewood for residents with mobility or strength limitations.
If you are able to donate firewood, lend equipment, or volunteer your time and skills, please let us know!
How to Sign Up or Get Involved:

In Person: Stop by the Town Office to sign up directly
Your contributions directly help ensure that all members of our community stay warm and supported throughout the winter. Thank you for your generosity and neighborly spirit!
Warmly,
Alna Select Board
