Fund to Support Historic Alna

As was mentioned at the Select Board meeting held on February 22, 2023, a new 501(c)(3) organization has been created for the benefit of Alna's historic buildings.  The new organization, the "Fund to Support Historic Alna," has been created to help fund the maintenance, preservation, and restoration of Alna's historic buildings.  While it isn't intended to replace taxpayer funding of these expenses, it is intended to augment that funding through tax-exempt donations, and by helping us to qualify for and be more competitive in the pursuit of grant funding.
